More often than not, we prefer to give proposals (rather than estimates) with numbers to which we commit. No additional costs or hidden fees. Free estimates and proposals are provided for all electrical work with the exception of troubleshooting and projects with unknown scope of the work. 

Troubleshooting: $150 Guaranteed to fix the problem. If we can’t fix the problem for that amount than you don’t have to pay anything, we will provide you with free estimate of what it will cost to fix it. $150 does not include purchasing new lighting fixtures nor appliances.

We provide proposals on the projects where the scope of the work is known, such as Panel upgrade, installing can lights, rewire during kitchen remodel, etc. On the projects with unknown scope of the work we provide inspection at $175 per inspection. This includes up to 2 hours of inspection time + written report + proposal with the prices.

For example if house has unknown amount of mixed wiring: some of it is knob and tube (which needs to be rewired) and some of the wiring already has been updated. We will need to make inspection.

Once we complete inspection and we know how many devices and lights need to be rewired we will provide you with the proposal.
